We built our platform to help security professionals create better compliance reports. To keep it running smoothly and safely for everyone, we need a few ground rules.

PLEASE DON'T...

Break the law or help others break it This one's straightforward - don't use our platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive. We're here to help with compliance, not to help anyone avoid it.

Try to break our stuff (or anyone else's)

• Don't attempt to hack, breach, or test our security without written permission
• Don't upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Don't try to reverse engineer our platform
• Don't overload our systems with automated requests

If you're a security researcher and find something, please report it responsibly at info@analystengine.io. We appreciate white hats!

Upload content you don't have rights to Only upload materials you own or have permission to use. This includes documents, scan results, and any other data. Creating reports full of plagiarised content is also a no-go.

Use our platform to harm or harass Our platform is for professional use. Don't use it to:

• Create misleading or fraudulent reports
• Harass, threaten, or defame anyone
• Process data for unauthorised surveillance
• Violate anyone's privacy rights

Share or sell your access Your account is for your organisation only. Don't:

• Share login credentials
• Resell or sublicense access
• Use it to build a competing service
• Exceed your user limits without upgrading

Process personal data irresponsibly If you're handling personal data, make sure you:

• Have a lawful basis for processing
• Respect data protection laws
• Implement appropriate safeguards
• Honor data subject rights

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BREAK THE RULES?

We're reasonable people and prefer to resolve issues through conversation. But if someone violates this policy, we may need to:

• Suspend or terminate the account
• Remove the problematic content
• Report serious violations to authorities

Most of our customers are fantastic and we never have issues. This policy exists for the rare cases where someone does something problematic.
